Developer Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms & Age Requirement

By registering as a "Developer," creating a developer profile, or publishing tools on SH Helper, you ("Developer", "Creator", or "You") agree to be bound by these Developer Terms of Service in addition to our general website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years of age to be a Developer on our platform.

2. Intellectual Property, Licensing & Monetization

We respect your intellectual property. You retain all ownership rights to the original code, algorithms, and concepts you develop and upload to SH Helper.

• Your Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions to publish the tools you submit. If we receive a legitimate complaint regarding stolen or copyrighted code, the tool will be removed, and you will receive a warning.
• Commercial License to SH Helper: By submitting your tool, you grant SH Helper a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to host, execute, adapt, optimize, display, market, distribute, and monetize the tool. This means SH Helper reserves the right to make your tools (or specific features within them) premium and charge end-users for access, as well as use your tools for promotional purposes.
• Server & Hosting Costs: SH Helper will permanently cover all server hosting and internal API costs associated with running your tool on our platform; it will always be free for you to host.

3. Acceptable Use, APIs & Tracking

As a developer on our platform, you hold a position of trust. The following guidelines apply:

• External APIs: You are allowed to use external API keys in your tools. However, if an API is found to be performing illegal, malicious, or harmful actions, your tool will be immediately frozen and investigated.
• Analytics & Tracking: You are permitted to integrate legitimate tracking services like Google Analytics into your tools, provided you comply with global privacy laws (such as GDPR and CCPA) regarding user consent.
• Prohibited Conduct: Distributing malware, viruses, unauthorized data harvesting scripts, or deceptive overlays is strictly prohibited.

4. Tool Deletion Process & Code Sharing

To ensure a consistent experience for our users, immediate tool deletion by a developer is not permitted.

• Deletion Requests: If you wish to delete a tool, you must submit a deletion request. The tool will be temporarily hidden from the public platform while an Admin reviews the request. We will attempt to discuss the matter with you, but if you still wish to delete it, the tool will be permanently removed within 48 hours.
• Code Sharing & Forking: Direct "forking" of tools is not supported. If another developer wishes to use your code, they must submit a formal request detailing their use case for approval.

5. Platform Rights (Modification & AI Training)

To maintain platform security, performance, and innovation, SH Helper reserves the following rights:

• Code Modification: We reserve the editorial right to review and modify your submitted code to patch vulnerabilities, optimize performance, or improve the user interface.
• AI Training: SH Helper AI will be trained using the code hosted on the platform to improve its capabilities. We will take strict measures to protect your privacy by sanitizing and scrubbing sensitive information (such as your private API keys) before the code is used for training.

6. Indemnification & Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SH Helper, its founders, and administrators from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including attorney's fees) arising from your tool causing harm to users, violating third-party rights, or performing illegal actions.

7. Account Banning & Code Retrieval

If your Developer Account is banned for violating these terms, you have a 48-hour window to request a backup of your tool codes. If requested, a secure link will be sent to your email to download your code. However, if your code was banned for being malicious, illegal, or harmful, this privilege is voided, and the code will be permanently deleted without export.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

As a platform open to a worldwide audience, we adhere to international standards; however, this agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Saharsa, Bihar, India.
