Our mission is to provide an accessible, ultrafast, and reliable platform where users worldwide can solve everyday digital tasks with ease.

When you register as a Developer or publish a tool on SH Helper, you enter into a collaborative relationship with our platform. This policy is written with utmost humility and professional transparency to explain exactly how your developer profile, submitted code, tool files, and platform metrics are handled, curated, and protected.

2. Developer Account Information We Collect & Public Profiles

To enable the Developer Studio, build workspace, and author attribution, we collect and securely maintain the following profile records:

• Authentication Identifier (UID): Your unique Google OAuth or Firebase user token used to securely identify your creator account.
• Display Name & Bio: The public creator name, handle, and biographical description you choose when setting up your developer workspace.
• Profile Avatar: The profile image URL linked with your account to showcase author identity on public tools and leaderboard rankings.
• Workspace & Project Records: Draft tools, source code files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), manifest metadata, version histories, and submission timestamps.
• DXP & Activity Metrics: Your Developer Experience Points (DXP), badge achievements, level progression, and notification logs.

Public Profile Visibility

By creating a developer profile on SH Helper, you acknowledge and agree that your developer profile is strictly public and accessible to all users across the platform, including guests and unregistered visitors. The information universally visible on your developer page encompasses your Display Name, Profile Avatar, Biographical Description, Followers Count, Developer Badges (e.g., Level, Pro, Elite), and a complete catalog of your Published Tools. This public visibility is fundamental to our platform, purposefully designed to showcase your technical contributions, establish creator attribution, foster robust community engagement, and allow users to follow your professional creative journey.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your developer profile data to any third-party advertisers or data brokers. Private data such as your Email Address, Authentication Identifiers, and unpublished Draft Projects remain strictly confidential and will never be publicly exposed.

3. Tool Submission, Cloud Processing & Hosting

When you create, upload, or publish a tool through the SH Helper Studio Editor or Folder Uploader, the following infrastructure actions take place:

• Code Ingestion: Your project files (including index.html, stylesheets, JavaScript scripts, and sh-manifest.json) are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS to our high-performance edge storage and database infrastructure.
• Automated Sandboxing & Syntax Validation: Incoming submissions are validated against syntactic standards, file size limits, and script integrity checks to ensure compatibility with our global content delivery network (CDN).
• Edge Routing: Approved tools are dynamically served under clean URLs (e.g., /tools/your-tool-name) with edge caching to guarantee lightning-fast load times for users worldwide.

4. Quality Curation, Code Review & Necessary Modifications

4.1. Our Right to Optimize and Adapt

You acknowledge and agree that the SH Helper engineering and editorial team reserves the right, in our sole discretion and as necessary for platform harmony, to review, format, optimize, refactor, and make technical or cosmetic modifications to any submitted or live tool. These necessary edits may include, but are not limited to:

• Mobile Responsiveness & Viewport Fixes: Adjusting CSS styling, flexbox/grid containers, touch targets, and typography to ensure flawless rendering across smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
• UI/UX Polishing & Theme Harmonization: Refining color schemes, card covers, header branding, and button aesthetics to align with the modern SH Helper design system.
• Performance & Asset Optimization: Minifying scripts, lazy-loading media, removing redundant libraries, and ensuring sub-second execution speeds.
• Security & Privacy Safeguards: Patching potential vulnerabilities, removing insecure external CDN references, and enforcing safe client-side execution boundaries.
• SEO & Manifest Metadata: Enhancing meta descriptions, keywords, titles, and preview cards so your tool is easily discoverable across search engines.

5. Real-Time Developer Notifications & Change Logs

Transparency is the cornerstone of our creator ecosystem. Whenever an administrator or automated system performs review actions, security updates, or code edits on your tool, our system maintains a clear communication loop with you:

• Studio Notification Inbox: Detailed notifications are dispatched directly to your Developer Studio dashboard under the Notifications tab.
• Granular Change Logs: We provide contextual explanations detailing what modifications were made (such as UI updates, responsive improvements, or card cover adjustments) and why those changes were implemented.
• Status Clarifications: You are promptly notified whether a project has transitioned to Live, requires further revision, or has received an approved update.

6. Platform Ecosystem, Analytics & Experience Balancing

SH Helper provides real-time public engagement signals including view counts, user likes, dislikes, and community comments to help users discover top-quality utilities and assist developers in measuring adoption.

These balancing measures are utilized to prevent artificial manipulation, mitigate spam or brigading, test discovery layouts on the home catalog, highlight deserving tools from new creators, and maintain an authentic, encouraging environment for our entire community.

7. Intellectual Property & Hosting License

We respect intellectual property and acknowledge you as the original author of the code and concepts you independently create.

• Creator Ownership: You retain ownership of the original intellectual property and novel algorithms contained in your custom tool submissions.
• Platform License: By submitting code, assets, or tools to SH Helper, you grant SH Helper a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, execute, cache, adapt, optimize, display, market, and distribute the tool across all SH Helper web properties and affiliated channels.
• Attribution: SH Helper provides author credit on tool pages and studio profiles, honoring your contribution to the platform community.

8. Security Standards & Prohibited Conduct

To preserve user trust and ensure safety, all developers must adhere to strict security protocols. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate tool removal and permanent developer banning:

• Malicious Code & Exploits: Including keyloggers, unauthorized cookie readers, session hijackers, or crypto-mining scripts.
• Covert Telemetry & Data Harvesting: Transmitting user inputs, form entries, or device data to external, undisclosed servers without explicit user consent.
• Deceptive Redirects & Popups: Triggering unsolicited new windows, phishing overlays, deceptive download prompts, or invasive third-party ad networks.
• Copyright Infringement: Submitting proprietary, plagiarized, or trademark-infringing code or media without appropriate licensing.

9. Tool Lifecycle, Deletion & Account Decommissioning

We believe developers should have agency over their creations while respecting user continuity:

• Deletion Requests: You can submit a deletion request for any of your tools directly from your Developer Studio dashboard or project manager. Deletion requests are reviewed to ensure no abrupt disruption of critical public utilities.
• Developer Profile Removal: You may choose to delete your developer profile at any time via your Profile Settings. Upon removal, developer status and workspace privileges are revoked.
• Platform Delisting: SH Helper reserves the right to unpublish or archive tools that become broken, deprecated, or non-compliant with updated web standards.

10. Limitation of Liability, Amendments & Contact Support

SH Helper provides developer tools, hosting infrastructure, and studio workspaces on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 99.9% availability, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions, network latency, or loss of unsaved draft code.

Policy Updates

We may periodically update this Developer Policy to reflect new studio capabilities, technical frameworks, or regulatory requirements. Continued use of the Developer Studio following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
